The Journey of a Small Business Owner: Moving, Pivoting and Reimagining Outdoor Apparel

As a small woman owned business in the outdoor apparel industry, we have faced our fair share of challenges- especially this past year. However, the most recent chapter of our journey has been one of the most significant yet. After much consideration and planning, we have decided to uproot our business and move to a new state, while also pivoting our focus and bringing fulfillment in-house. (again) This decision was not made lightly, but we are excited for the opportunities and growth that this move and pivot will bring. So, join us as we share the story of our journey and how we are reimagining outdoor apparel from the comfort of a tiny cabin in the beautiful Pacific North West.

The Leap of Faith: From Colorado to Washington
Colorado has been our home for several years, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. However, when the opportunity arose to make a big move and take our small business to the Pacific Northwest, we couldn't resist.

Our passion for outdoor apparel goes beyond just creating stylish and functional clothing. We believe in the power of slow fashion and environmentally friendly practices.

The mountains, forests, and rugged terrain of Washington have become our new playground and inspiration. We were excited to immerse ourselves in this environment and infuse that connection into our outdoor apparel.

Moving our business to the Pacific Northwest not only aligned with our values of slow fashion and environmental friendliness, but also provided a chance to support local economies and deepen connections with customers in the region. By bringing our fulfillment in-house again, we can maintain our commitment to producing high-quality products while reducing our environmental impact.

Changing gears is never easy, but it is necessary for growth and evolution. By moving our business to the Pacific Northwest, we have opened ourselves up to new opportunities, new adventures, and new connections. We are excited to embark on this journey, We look forward to establishing roots in our new home and placing a strong emphasis on building community. Stay tuned for more updates as we navigate this exciting chapter in our business's story.
